Wigan manager Roberto Martinez is likely to make changes.
Republic of Ireland midfielder James McCarthy is omitted.
Martinez played a second-string in the first tie but he may be tempted to give on-loan Manchester United striker Angelo Henriquez his first start.
Centre-back Ivan Ramis is expected to be out long-term with knee ligament damage and although Antolin Alcaraz is due back from a groin problem he is unlikely to be risked.

Goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen, a regular for the Potters in cup competition, looks set to come in for Asmir Begovic once again, while striker Michael Owen will be hoping to be back involved after starting the original tie - a 0-0 draw at Selhurst Park - but then missing out on a place in the squad for Saturday's 4-0 Barclays Premier League loss to Chelsea.
Defender Marc Wilson and midfielder Rory Delap, who have been sidelined by a broken leg and a calf problem respectively, remain unavailable.

Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill is unlikely to make too many changes.
Defenders Danny Rose and Carlos Cuellar will both miss out again after injuries ruled then out of the 3-0 win over West Ham on Saturday.
The pair suffered hamstring problems during the 2-2 draw at Wanderers earlier this month.

Blackpool vs. Fulham:
Fulham manager Martin Jol is expected to rest striker Dimitar Berbatov.
Jol has hinted he will rest several first-team players for the clash at Bloomfield Road given that it comes just three days after the Cottagers' 1-1 draw against Wigan.
Mahamadou Diarra (knee) and Kerim Frei (pelvis) are likely to miss out while Steven Sidwell is a doubt with a hamstring injury.

Odemwingie - a target for QPR - has recovered from a calf problem while Reid is available after a shin complaint.
Midfielder Claudio Yacob (hamstring) and strikers Shane Long (dead leg) and Marc-Antoine Fortune (hamstring) are only expected to be fit for the weekend Premier League clash with Aston Villa.

Defender Ryan Nelsen remains available but forwards Andrew Johnson (knee) and Bobby Zamora (hip) are both absent.
